Introduction


Life is all about balance. One of the most important aspects of life is health. The ways we eat, the types of foods we take, the cooking methods, the ingredients adopted are all important for the health balance.



Don't you know that the food we take every day are drugs or medicines in nature? Too much acidic foods are taken to a point that the body cannot absorb, dilute or transform can cause imbalance of the PH level (acid/alkeline) which need to be balanced by taken food more in alkaline to strike for the right balance. Low body temperature can be adjusted by taking hot soups or water. It is all about balance.

This blog tends to disclose and illustrate different eating & cooking methods and daily lifestyles to strengthen the body health and to strike for a good balance.

I wish such Balance Wisdom can be spreaded, more people get their health improve after adopting one or several of the suggested, and everybody can live longer and healthier.
